Interalgas has CAEM’s certification (Comité de Agricultura Ecológica de la Comunidad de Madrid) for Agar-Agar as a product manufactured according to farming and Organic Food production regulations.
Organic Agar-Agar supplied by Interalgas is certified according EU regulations which control organic farming production.

INTERALGAS, S.A. was established in 1986 with the aim to develope promotion and trading of different seaweeds’ species of Gelidium genus, which grow along Atlantic coast as well as in Morocco (Sahara). Once overcomed the problems caused by strong administrative restrictions exisiting which conditioned its activity in that moment, today, Interalgas is maintaining regular operations with companies located on five continents.
